Owner FAQs

  • How and when will I get my rents?

    Blue Frog will ACH any funds available directly to your bank on the 7th and 11th (or first working day thereafter) each month.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    For storage we are typically flexible with lease terms but will have at least a 3 month minimum on leases.
  • How much security deposit do you charge?

    One months rent
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    We have dozens of different types of reports that are available to you in real time including: income statements, rent roll, delinquency, etc.
  • Who holds the security deposit?

    Blue Frog will hold the security deposit and when a tenant vacates it we will take care of all accounting associated with it. If the tenant has a balance due or does damage we will withhold the deposit and pay it out to the owner.

Tenant FAQs

  • Can you hold a unit before I apply?

    Unfortunately we are not able to hold units until we have a signed lease and the first month's rent and security deposit has been paid.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Yes - as long as your rent is paid in full and there are no damages to your unit your deposit will be refunded.
  • How do I pay rent?

    You can pay rent in a variety of ways. We recommend you use your resident portal to set up a recurring ACH payment or credit card payment. You can also pay by mailing a check to 1511 Oregon St Oshkosh WI 54902.
